Extracting Rows and Columns

To extract a particular row

from

an array:

1. Enter the array onto the stack.

2. Enter the row number (or element number if the array is a vector)

that you wish to extract.

3. Press

(or element) is returned to level 1 and the contracted array—with

the row or element deleted—is returned to level 2.
