Modes
The HP 48 operates using many different modus, depending on
the nature of the operation it's performing. Many of these modes
are controlled
automatically by
the commands you
select: others are
determined by settings that you control.
The MODES application and its companion command menu give you
access
to
those modes vou can
control.
Using the MODES Application
The MODES application provides a convenient way for you to control
the modes the HP 48 uses.
To use the MODES application:
■ Press (r^(MODES).
