Creating Lists
To enter a 1st from the keyboard:
1. Use
to indicate the beginning and end of a list.
2. Enter the elements of the list. Use
( S P C )
to separate each element.

To assemble a series of elements into a list:
1. Enter the elements on the stack.
2. Enter the number of elements on the first level of the stack.
3. Use f
