Inspect for dirt, dust, cracked or torn
eyecups. Inspect for bent, broken, or
improperly fitting eyecups. If
necessary, clean with water.
Rotate focus adjustment to ensure free
movement (range is approximately
1/3 turn). Check objective lens for
chips, cracks and dents.
