I am unable to execute file encryption when I drag files to the OFIS Gateway Operation
panel using Windows Vista. Why is this so?
A
This is because the User Account Control (UAC) has been enabled. When applying the
UAC, a user will have to open the control panel using limited privilege as encrypting Lim-
ited Privilege files under an Administrator account is not permitted in Windows Vista.
To disable the UAC, go to your Windows
Control Panel,
choose
User Accounts
and unse-
lect the Use
User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer
