If used continuously, it should be oiled inside the arm and underneath of the machine. To reach
the parts inside and underneath of the machine, open the face plate sideways, then loosen two
screws on top cover and take off the arm cover. To oil parts under bed of the machine, tilt the
machine back on its hinges, so that the underside is accessible, and put a drop of oil into all
oiling points indicated.
To clean and oil the shuttle nice, use an oil-soaked rag. This lubrication will help your machine
to run freely.
