Clock Troubleshooting

Wireless Digital Clock Troubleshooting

1. If all clocks are not synchronizing:

a. Review Remote Transmitter troubleshooting.

b. Contact American Time Technical Support at 800-328-8996.

2. If only some clocks are not synchronizing, continue with the troubleshooting steps.

3. Confirm signal:

a. Adjust time to an incorrect setting by pressing SET1 and SET2 buttons on the back of the digital clock.

Note: American series has signal indicator dot in the lower right corner of the clock display or colon dots flash when

wireless time update signal is received.

b. Wait until the top of the minute and verify time synchronizes to the Remote Transmitter.

4. Move the clock closer to the transmitter or to an area where another clock is working (if poor signal coverage is

suspected) and reset the clock time per digital clock troubleshooting (Step 3 above).

If the problem cannot be resolved after following these steps, please call Technical Support at American Time at 800-328-8996.

American Series

Signal Indicator: Blinks On/Off whenever the wireless time
update signal is received

Colons: Blink Off/On whenever the wireless time update signal is
received
