4.4 Setting up IP address via the DV-HMSW-88 Front Panel
1) Press the “Config” button
2) Press select to cycle through to the IP setting options; “Gateway”, “Local IP” and “Subnet Mask.
3) One of the settings above will appear on the display and the input/output buttons will light up on the front
panel.
4) Press the input/output buttons using the illustration above as a guide to set to set the desired address’s:
Set
Gateway
Set IP address
Set subnet mask
5) Press enter to return to the main menu
4.5 Setting the Baud Rate via the DV-HMSW-88 Front Panel
1) Press the “Config” button
2) Press select to cycle through to the IP setting options to “RS232 Baud Rate”. Input select buttons 1 thru 6 will
light up.
3) Press the input buttons using the illustration below as a guide to set to set the baud rate. (The default setting
is 38.4 bps.)
4) Press enter to return to the main menu
Output select buttons labeled 1 thru 3
correspond to numbers 7 thru 9. Button 4 is
number “0” and button 5 is “NEXT”
Input select buttons labeled 1 thru 6
correspond to numbers 1 thru 6
Input select buttons labeled 1 thru 6 correspond to
baud rates as follows:
1=9.6 kbs. 2=14.4 kbs. 3=19.2 kbs. 4=38.4
kbs. 5=57.6 kbs. 6=115.2 kbs.
