Parameter Description:
• State Code: State code for Load Balance reason. When the SIP return code is
defined here, the load balance hunting will be stopped.

SIPPBX 6200x Digit Manipulation provide target called number and calling
number with “insert, replace or drop” procession before sending or after
receiving.
