radius-server retransmit <Retries : 1-1000>
radius-server Configure RADIUS
retransmit Specify the number of retries to active server
<Retries : 1-1000> Number of retries for a transaction

To configure the retransmitted time of Radius-Server
Example:
To configure the retransmitted time (5) of Radius-Server
Switch# configure terminal
Switch (config)# radius-server retransmit 5
