4.2.1 System Information
The System Infomation Page provides information for the current device information. System Information Page helps a switch
administrator to identify the hardware MAC address, software version and system uptime. The screen in Figure 4-2-1 appears.

The Page includes the following fields:
Object Description
 Contact The system contact configured in SNMP | System Information | System Contact.
 Name The system name configured in SNMP | System Information | System Name.
 Location The system location configured in SNMP | System Information | System Location.
 MAC Address The MAC Address of this Managed Switch.
 Temperature 1 Indicates chipset 1 temperature.
 Temperature 2 Indicates chipset 2 temperature.
 System Date The current (GMT) system time and date. The system time is obtained through the
configured SNTP Server, if any.
 System Uptime The period of time the device has been operational.
 Software Version The software version of the Managed Switch.
 Software Date The date when the Managed Switch software was produced.

Auto-refresh : Check this box to refresh the Page automatically. Automatic refresh occurs every 3 seconds.
: Click to refresh the Page; any changes made locally will be undone.
