SYNC OUT (Button 11)

UNIT (SYNC OUT UNIT)

[8TH, 16TH]

The Sync Out Units determine how far the Sequencer needs to advance in order to

generate a pulse via the SYNC OUT jack.

8TH

: A pulse will be outputted for every eighth note.

16TH

: A pulse will be outputted for every sixteenth note.

POLAR

[RISE, FALL]

In order for other units to correctly sync with the drumlogue, the polarity of the

SYNC OUT jack may need to be changed.

RISE

: The drumlogue will create a sync pulse as it rises to its crest (the highest

point) of the waveform.

FALL

: The drumlogue will create a sync pulse as it falls to its trough (the lowest

point) of the waveform.

CLOCK SOURCE (Button 12)

SOURCE

[AUTO, INT., USB, MIDI]

Many features of the drumlogue can be sync’d to the tempo or BPM.

AUTO

: When there is no input, the sequencer synchronizes with the internal clock.

When there is an input, it synchronizes with the clock from the USB TO HOST jack

and MIDI IN connector, respectively.

INT.

: Only the internal clock to be used.

When a cable is plugged into the SYNC IN jack, the internal clock is syn-

chronized to the SYNC IN jack clock, regardless of the MIDI clock settings.

USB

: Synchronizes with the clock from the USB TO HOST jack.

MIDI

: Synchronizes with the clock from the MIDI IN connector.

Please note that when SOURCE is USB or MIDI, the sequencer stops if no

external clock input is issued.

HW SETTINGS (Button 14)

BRIGHT (BRIGHTNESS)

[1...10]

Adjusts the display brightness.

Continuous use of the drumlogue while the brightness is set to a high val

AUTO PWR (AUTO POWER OFF)

[OFF, ON]

Sets whether the auto power off feature is enabled.

OFF

: The Auto Power Off feature will be disabled.

ON

: The Auto Power Off feature is enabled. For details, refer to "Auto Power Off

Feature" p.11.
