Each item in the meter menu displays the number of scans since the last
cleaning or replacement, and the maximum recommended number of scans
before the next cleaning or replacement. In the example above there have
been 124 scans since the last Feed Module replacement; a maximum of
1,000,000 scans are recommended before the next replacement.
There are meters for the following items:
- Cleaning
- Feed Tires
- Feed Module
- Urging Tires
- Pre-separation Pad
- Separation Tires
- Separation Module
To adjust the maximum number of scans for any item:
1. Select the Maintenance Thresholds bar.
2. Select the item to be adjusted. The
Reset Meter screen will be displayed.
3. Reply “Yes”
4. Using the touch screen key pad, enter the new maximum maintenance
interval.
Network Use the Network option to select the network your scanner will access. Touch
the toggle buttons to enable/disable Wired Network and/or SSL secure socket
connections.

communications.
