Configuring a GSM WAN Connection (SPT 1734
Only)
To set up a new connection configuration:
1. Tap the icon to open the Applications Launcher.
2. Tap the icon to open the HotSync application.
3. Tap the icon to display the HotSync Options menu and select Connection
Setup.The Connection Preferences screen displays:
4. Tap New to create a new configuration. The Edit screen displays:
5. Enter a name for the connection (i.e., GSM modem) and select GSM Driver to
Modem as the Connection Method.

page 9-15 for additional information about this screen.
6. Tap the OK button, followed by the Done button.
