This is NOT the typical output voltage wave-

form. Note the increased “ripple” in the out-

put waveform. The output capacitors were

disconnected to simulate a faulty capacitor

bank. Note that each vertical division repre-

sents 20 volts and each horizontal division

represents 5 milliseconds in time.

Note: Scope probes connected at machine

high inductance output terminals.
