No Files Exist There is no sample print file
on the printer hard disk. To confirm whether the sam-
ple print file was sent to the
printer correctly, see P.85
“Sample Print”.
There is no locked print file on
the printer hard disk. To confirm whether the locked
print file was sent to the print-
er correctly, see P.88 “Locked
Print”.
Offline Printer is offline. The printer
cannot accept or print out da-
ta. If you want to put the printer
online, press
{On Line}.
Paper Setting
Error
The tray specified when send-
ing locked print data to the
printer is not set. Set the tray correctly.
Power Off On

An error with the NV-RAM
has occurred. Turn the printer power off and
on. If the message appears
again, contact your sales or
service representative.
Printing... Printing after second the set
with the sort function. Wait for a while.
Processing... Print data is being processed. Wait for a while.

ple print or locked print data
while the data is being written
to the printer hard disk. Wait until the printer returns
to the ready condition.
