lockout if required
QC not performed
within 2 hours. Perform required QC tests
within 2 hours.

lot expired. Enter and use new reagent
lot. Discard any remaining
expired reagent.
Remove Strip

you insert

quickly. Remove test strip. Check
confirmation dot. If white
patches or streaks appear, not
enough blood was applied for
an accurate result. Repeat test
with new test strip.
When “Insert Strip” appears,
firmly and more slowly insert
test strip until it stops.
