when the test result falls
outside the critical limits.
The notes are intended to
offer suggestions for
abnormal results.
The upper and lower limits
of the range for patient
results as defined by your
institution.

If selected, the bedside
unit cannot be used for
testing if a data transfer
session has not been
performed within the
specified number of days
(maximum of 60 days).

❑ Bedside unit

beeper on

If selected, optional
bedside unit beeps are
enabled.

❑ Enable barcode

scanner

If selected, the bedside
unit barcode scanner is
enabled. If not selected,
you must enter all ID and
lot number information
manually.
