Delayed Violation Mode #3 (Fig. 44)

If you descend deeper than 330 FT (99.9 M), the loaded TLBG

segments will flash, and the Current Depth and Max Depth

displays will only indicate 3 dashes ( - - - ).

Upon ascending above 330 FT (99.9 M), the Current Depth

display will be restored, however, Max Depth will only display 3

dashes for the remainder of that dive. The Log for that dive will

display 3 dashes as the Max Depth achieved.

Immediate Violation and Violation Gauge Mode

During a Dive, if a ceiling much greater than 60 FT (18 M) is

required, an Immediate Violation Mode will be entered. This

situation would be preceded by entering Delayed Violation

Mode #2.

The Veo 100Nx would then operate with limited functions in

Violation Gauge Mode during the remainder of that dive and for

24 hours after surfacing. Violation Gauge Mode turns the Veo

100Nx into a digital instrument without any decompression or

oxygen monitoring functions. Only Current Depth, Max Depth,

Elapsed Dive Time, and the Variable Ascent Rate Indicator will

be displayed (Fig. 45). The TLBG and O2BG will both flash as

a warning of this condition.
