Zone Sensors are the building
occupant’s comfort control devices for
Precedent™ units with the Micro control:

used to control
activation of the
hot gas reheat
dehumidification
option. The
humidity sensor
can be set for
humidity levels
between 40% and 60% relative humidity
adjusting the ReliaTel Options Module.

Programmable Night Setback
Auto or manual changeover with seven-
day programming. Keyboard selection
of Heat, Cool, Fan, Auto, or On. All

programmable sensors have System
On, Heat, Cool, Service LED/indicators as
standard. Night Setback Sensors have
one (1) Occupied, one (1) Un-occupied,
and two (2) Override programs per day.

CO2 Sensing — The CO2 sensor shall
have the ability to to monitor space
occupancy levels within the building by
measuring the
parts per million
of CO2 (Carbon
Dioxide) in the
air. As the CO2
levels increase,
the outside air
damper
modulates to
meet the CO2
space
ventilation
requirements.
The CO2
accessory shall
be available as field installed.
