Note: Quarter the onions.
Nuts, almonds

Processing time: 1–1½ minutes
Meat
Maximum capacity: 300 g
Setting: 7 (4)
Processing time: 30–60 seconds
Note: Remove bones, gristle and sinews.
Cut meat into large pieces.
Vegetable purée, vegetable soups
Maximum capacity: 375 g
Setting: 7 (4)
Processing time: 1 minute
Mayonnaise
2 eggs
15 g vinegar
½ tsp. mustard
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of sugar
300–400 g oil
Ingredients must be at the same temperature.

Blend all ingredients (except oil) for several
seconds at setting 7 (4).

Slowly pour the oil through the funnel and
blend until the mayonnaise emulsifies.

Processing time: 1½ minutes
Sausage meat, stuffing, pâté
Maximum capacity: 300 g

Processing time: 1 minute
Note: Add meat together with remaining
ingredients and seasoning.

Blending (milk shakes, sauces, salad
dressing and cream soups)

Kneading and stirring dough
Small amounts of dough (MUM52..: up to 500 g
flour, MUM54../56..: up to 560 g flour) can be
prepared in the multi-mixer.
Yeast dough (MUM52..)
Basic recipe
up to 500 g flour
1 pinch of salt
25 g yeast or 1 packet of dried yeast
approx. 300 ml warm water

First pour water in the bowl.

Then add all the other ingredients.

Processing time: 1 minute at setting 4.
Yeast dough (MUM54../56..)
Basic recipe
up to 560 g flour
1 pinch of salt
25 g yeast or 1 packet of dried yeast
approx. 335 ml warm water

First pour water in the bowl.

Then add all the other ingredients.

Processing time: 1 minute at setting 7.
