DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURES
(For Robot/Machine Mount Kits)
Remove the Cup Wash Fittings
from the “Y” Fitting mounted on
the Valve Manifold.
Note: Please refer to pages 52 & 53 (58
& 59) steps 1 through 4 for procedures
on removal of the Cup Wash Fitting that
is mounted on the Shape Air Ring with
the 30 mm (65mm)Bell Cup.
Remove the plastic SHCS from
the Mounting Manifold using the
5/16” (8mm) Hex Key Wrench .
This is how the Robot/Machine
Mount should look at this point.
