2. Ensure that you have the cleaning wicks (one bag of 20) and a 10 ml bottle of lubricant oil from the HP
Latex 3000 Printer Cleaning Kit, also provided with your printer.
3. Ensure that the printer is not printing.
4. You are recommended to wear gloves.
5. Ensure that all windows, covers, and doors are closed and remain in their original positions.
Clean the carriage rails
1. Insert the cleaning wicks into each of the sections of the Carriage Rail Cleaning Tool.
● Front section: 5 wicks on each side (total 10)
● Rear sections: 5 wicks in each section
