Problem 2:

What can I do to get Safe Shutdown and Reboot working?
Solution:
If you are running Windows 2000, XP, or Server 2003, you can do the
following:
1. Open Control Panel
→ Power Options.
2. Open Properties
→ APM.
3. Enable Advanced Power Management support.
