7 Checking cue points (Cue point sampler)
After specifying a cueing point, press the CUE button.
÷ The sound at the specified Cue point will continue to play as long as the
CUE button is pressed.
Cue points on a memory card can be copied to the CUE button on the MIXOUT
CARD CONTROL block. After setting a cue point, press the MIXOUT CARD
CONTROL block’s CUE button. The [CUE] button indicator will flash for
four seconds, then switch to steadily lighted, indicating the cue point has been
copied. The MIXOUT CARD CONTROL block’s CUE button will function as
a cue point sampler during dual mode playback (☞ P.30).
7 Returning to a Cue point (Back cue)
1. During playback, press the CUE button.
÷ The player will return to the specified Cue point.
2. Press the PLAY/PAUSE button (
3/8).
÷ Playback will begin immediately from the specified Cue point.
Changing Playback Speed (*)
Move the TEMPO control slider towards you.
Move the slider towards you (+) to increase the tempo and move it away from you
(–) to decrease it.
÷ The rate of change in playback speed (tempo) is shown in the display.
÷ The playback speed can be changed without changing the pitch (☞ “Apply-
ing Master Tempo”).
7 Selecting range of tempo adjustment
Press the TEMPO control range button (±6/±10/±16).
Each time the button is pressed the variable range of the TEMPO control slider
changes as follows: ±6%, ±10% and ±16%. You can adjust as follows: at ±6%
: 0.05% units, at ±10% and at ±16% : 0.1% units.
÷ The set variable range value is indicated in the display.
Applying Master Tempo (*)
Press the MASTER TEMPO button during playback.
The MASTER TEMPO button and the [MT] indicator light. The speed (tempo)
can now be changed using the TEMPO control slider but the pitch (key) does not
change.
÷ The sound’s tone color will change due to digital processing, but this is not a
malfunction.
Functions indicated by * cannot be used when the Digital mode switch
(DIGITAL OUT) is set to ON (and the digital output terminal is used).

Les fonctions accompagnées d’un “*” ne sont pas utilisables lorsque
l’interrupteur de mode numérique (DIGITAL OUT) est activé (ON) (et que
la borne de sortie numérique est utilisée.)
7 Vérification des points de repérage (Échantillonneur
de points de repérage)
Après avoir posé un point de repérage, appuyez sur le bouton
CUE.
÷ Le son au Point de repérage spécifié continue aussi longtemps que le bou-
ton CUE est actionné.
Les points de repérage présents sur une carte mémoire peuvent être copiés par
le bouton CUE du bloc MIXOUT CARD CONTROL. Après avoir posé un
point de repérage, appuyez sur bouton CUE du bloc MIXOUT CARD CON-
TROL. Le voyant du bouton [CUE] clignote pendant 4 secondes, puis il reste
allumé, signifiant que le point de repérage a été copié. Le bouton CUE du bloc
MIXOUT CARD CONTROL agit comme échantillonneur de point de repérage
pendant la lecture en mode double (☞ p.30).
7 Retour à un Point de repérage (Repérage arrière)
1. Pendant la lecture, appuyez sur le bouton CUE.
÷ Le lecteur repasse au Point de repérage spécifié.
2. Appuyez sur le bouton PLAY/PAUSE (
3/8).
÷ La lecture commence immédiatement au Point de repérage spécifié.
Changement de la vitesse de lecture (*)
Glissez vers vous le curseur de commande TEMPO.
Déplacez le curseur vers vous (+) pour accroître le tempo et éloignez-le de vous
(–) pour le réduire.
÷ Le taux de changement de la vitesse de lecture (tempo) est affiché.
÷ Vous pouvez changer la vitesse de lecture sans modifier la hauteur tonale (☞
“Application du tempo principal”).
7 Sélection de la plage de réglage du tempo
Appuyez sur le bouton de plage de commande TEMPO (±6/±10/
±16).
A chaque pression sur le bouton, la plage variable du curseur de commande
TEMPO change comme suit: ±6%, ±10% et ±16%. Le réglage suivant est
également possible: à ±6% : unité de 0,05%, à ±10% et ±16% : unité de 0,1%.
÷ La valeur de la plage variable est indiquée sur l’affichage.
Application du Tempo principal (*)
Appuyez sur le bouton MASTER TEMPO pendant la lecture.
Le bouton MASTER TEMPO et le voyant [MT] s’allument. La vitesse (tempo)
peut alors être modifiée au moyen du curseur de commande TEMPO, mais la
hauteur tonale (clé) ne change pas.
÷ La couleur tonale des sons changera en raison du traitement numérique, mais
il ne s’agit pas d’une défaillance.
