(Timer Recording)
7 To change the timer settings:
Repeat the setting procedure from the first step. If
one of the setting contents is the same, however,
merely press the TIMER button (Press the ENTER
button when using CD MD Tuner) and go on to the
next setting.
7 To turn off the timer function:
1 Press the TIMER button.
2 Turn the JOG dial to select the “TIMER REC” or “REC”
mode.
3 Press the TIMER button (Press the ENTER button
when using CD MD Tuner).
The “TIMER OFF” display will appear and the TIMER
REC indicator will turn off.
¶ During timer recording, the volume level is automati-
cally set to “0,” and no sound is produced from the
speakers.
¶ During timer recording, the selected timer settings
operate once only, after which the timer operation is
automatically turned off.
NOTES:
¶ Following timer recording, the sound volume auto-
matically remains set at “0”.
¶ If the TIMER button is pressed when the power is set
to off (standby), the current timer setting contents
can be checked.
Wake-up Timer
This function can be used when the system cable is used
to connect this unit to the XC-IS21MD or XC-IS21T.
By using the timer function on the CD Tuner Deck or CD
MD Tuner, automatic wake-up timer playback can be
performed on this unit.
Before setting the timer:
Load the desired playback cassette tape.
Then follow the timer playback procedures noted in the
Operating Instructions for the CD MD Tuner or CD Tuner
Deck, with the following exception:
Change step one in the timer playback instructions to
the following:
1. Select the OP TAPE function (Select the TAPE
function when using CD MD tuner).
Step 2 and subsequent instructions are the same as
for normal timer playback on the respective units.

7 Pour modifier les réglages de minuterie:
Recommencez les démarches depuis la première
étape. Si le contenu d’un réglage est le même, il vous
suffit d’appuyer sur la touche TIMER (appuyez sur la
touche ENTER à l’emploi du Combiné radio/MD/CD)
et de passer au réglage suivant.
7 Pour mettre la fonction de minuterie hors serv-
ice:
1 Appuyez sur la touche TIMER.
2 Tournez la bague JOG pour sélectionner le mode
“TIMER REC” ou “REC”.
3 Appuyez sur la touche TIMER (appuyez sur la touche
ENTER à l’emploi du Combiné radio/MD/CD).
Le message “TIMER OFF” apparaît, tandis que le
voyant TIMER REC s’éteint.
¶ Pendant l’enregistrement par minuterie, le niveau du
volume est automatiquement réglé à “0,” et aucun
son n’est audible par les haut-parleurs.
¶ Les réglages programmés pour l’enregistrement par
minuterie ne fonctionnent qu’une fois; après cet
enregistrement, ils sont automatiquement annulés.
REMARQUES:
¶ Après l’enregistrement par minuterie, le niveau de
volume reste automatiquement réglé sur “0”.
¶ Si la touche TIMER est actionnée alors que
l’alimentation est coupée (attente), il est possible de
vérifier le contenu du réglage actuel de la minuterie.
Minuterie de réveil
Cette fonction est utilisable quand le câble de système
est utilisé pour raccorder cet appareil au XC-IS21MD ou
XC-IS21T.
En faisant appel à la fonction Minuterie du Combiné ra-
dio/cassette/CD ou du Combiné radio/MD/CD, la
minuterie permet de lancer automatiquement la lecture
au réveil sur cet appareil.
Avant de programmer la minuterie:
Installez la cassette souhaitée pour la lecture.
Effectuez ensuite les démarches pour la lecture par
minuterie, présentée dans le Mode d’emploi du Combiné
radio/MD/CD ou du Combiné radio/cassette/CD, en te-
nant compte de l’exception suivante:
Remplacez l’Etape 1 dans les explications “Lecture par
minuterie” par ce qui suit:
1. Sélectionnez la fonction OP TAPE (sélectionnez
la fonction TAPE à l’emploi du Combiné radio/
MD/CD).
L’Etape 2 et les suivantes sont les mêmes que pour
la lecture par minuterie habituelle sur les appareils
respectifs.
