Your advanced new Aluminium Steamer from Philips offers you many
ways to savour the entire, natural flavour of your food as never
before. The Gentle Steam function enables you to preserve the unique,
delicate texture of fish by steaming it softly at a perfect temperature
of around 80ºC, thereby retaining its taste and appearance too.
Add extra flavour
You can place your favourite herbs and spices in the Flavour Booster+,
or pour in wine, bouillon, lemon juice or soy sauce to gently infuse
your food with their delicious flavours. Each of the three steaming
baskets has its own individual drip tray to prevent flavours and aromas
from mingling. Simply unclip the bottom of each basket to create a
large, single space when cooking bulkier dishes like a whole chicken.
