Toast the pine nuts in a frying pan until golden brown and
leave to cool.

Heat the grill to setting 3. Halve the nectarines, remove the
stones and thinly brush with honey. Grill the nectarines for
3 minutes on the opened grill (Barbecue grill position).
Meanwhile, mix the rest of the honey with the yoghurt
(if the honey isn’t runny enough, heat it in the microwave
for a few seconds).

Place 2 nectarine halves on each plate and fill them with
the honey yoghurt. Sprinkle with pine nuts.

Total preparation time 10 minutes
