Each of the system parameters listed above can be accessed and
modified using the front panel keypad. Any changes made to any of
these parameters will be saved in non-volatile memory and will not be
lost when power is removed from the transmitter.

Several of the parameters have direct links to other parameters found
in different locations in the menu structure. Therefore, it is possible
that by changing the value of one parameter it will automatically
change the other linked parameter. An example of this occurs in the
‘Pipe Size’ sub-menu. Each of the parameters under this sub-menu:
‘ID/Wall’, ‘Size/Sched’, and ‘OD/Wall’ are directly linked to the others
and they all address the inner diameter of the pipe. In this case only
one of these parameters can be active at any one time. Whenever
any one of these is selected it becomes the active parameter and the
others are blanked (this is shown by ----- under these parameters). To
change which parameter is used by the meter, a different one can be
selected and a value entered.
