• Warning signal on the main screen next to the module – This occurs when
the connection to the module is broken.
• Message in a screen’s status line.
• Notification in the Tag Monitor – General module faults are also reported
in the Tag Monitor. Communication faults are reported in the input tags.

response to a module communication fault.
In this example, a communication fault
occurred between the controller and the
module, so the controller automatically
