Hardware and Software Requirements
The user must have Microsoft

Windows

2000, Windows XP, or Windows
Vista

with Microsoft Internet Explorer

Version 6.0 (or higher) and
internet access to operate the browser-based IntelliServe user interface. To
view documents in PDF format through IntelliServe, the user must have
Adobe

Acrobat

version 6.0 or later.
The user also must have the following minimum hardware:
• Intel 
Pentium

4 processor
• 1 GB RAM
In addition, ADS recommends using at least a 17-inch monitor and selecting
the 1024 x 768 display settings option for optimal viewing.
