Troubleshooting the Processor Subsystem

Monitoring Alarm Card Status

The MBUS LEDs indicate the operational status of the alarm card.

A green MBUS LED indicates that the card has been detected by the system
and is operating properly.

An amber MBUS LED indicates that the system has detected a fault in the
alarm card.

Monitoring Clock Scheduler Card Status

The CSC 0 and CSC 1 LEDs indicate the status of the clock scheduler cards:

A green LED indicates that the CSC is operating properly.

An amber LED indicates that there is a CSC fault and a warning message is
logged on the system console describing the fault. The system will continue
to operate during a CSC fault condition.

Monitoring Switch Fabric Card Status

The SFC 0, SFC 1, and SFC 2 LEDs indicate the status of the switch fabric cards.

A green LED for each SFC indicates that the SFC is operating properly.

An amber LED indicates that there is an SFC fault and a warning message is
logged on the system console describing the fault. The system will continue
to operate during a SFC fault condition.
