Once all equipment connections have been made, the
adapter is plugged into the electricity mains and the ZAS
HD switched on to the remote control (push the key ) , it
takes a moment to carry out an auto-check and become
operative..
The front LED will flicker during this process. Do not turn
off the adapter or push any key.
Automatically, the welcome screen is activated which
will guide you through the menu and channel search
configuration.
First you must select the language in which you would like
the screen menus to be displayed.
- Select the menu language via the cursor o the keys
or

- Press OK to confirm the selection.
On the next screen you must indicate the geographical
zone where the adapter is installed, the desired television
format (4:3 or 16:9) and if the power is supplied by antenna
or amplifier (5V / 100mA).
- Select one of these three options via the cursor keys
or
and modify the value on each of them via the cursor
keys or .
- Pulse OK to confirm the values and continue.
Start the automatic channel search.
This process may take some time. Please wait.
- You can stop the search any time by pressing the key OK.
Finally, the screen shows a summary of the channels found.
- Press the key OK to continue. Press this key again to see
the channels found.
- If the adapter has not found any channels
at the end of the search, a warning message
will appear. Press OK to continue. Once the
connections have been checked, press OK again
to make another search or pressto access
the “Signal reception” menu, where you can
check if you are receiving a signal. (For more
information please consult the section 11.6.-
Channel search).
- If you are using an inside antenna, verify
that it connected to the power supply.
