weight amount that this recipe can be "resized" to by the operator.
The EZ 3500 uses this value to warn the operator if they are
making a recipe that will overload the mixer. After the weight for
this feedline has been loaded or unloaded, the EZ 3500 overwrites
the value with the User Identification.
