2. Manual Adjustments
2.1. Refreshing the OPs/Channels list.
1. Go to the area which says OPs/Channels as shown below and click on the
circular arrows to refresh the OP list as shown in Figure 5A below. A popup
window will appear, letting you know that the system has not detected any
OPs in the next 10 slots after the last one listed, If you have other OPs
installed beyond the next 10 slots after the last one detected, hit “Continue”,
or “Continue Next 10” See figure 5B.

2.2. Groups
2.2.1. Sound Masking Groups (OPs/Channels do not need to belong to a group, but it
is recommended that OPs be given descriptions based on location if they do not
belong to any group). You can make as many groups as you require.
WARNING: If you have previously named OPs with descriptions, refreshing OPs will erase any
descriptions saved for OPs).
