ACD keys are used to log in to or log out of a Sylantro ACD (Automatic Call Distribution)
group.
ACD requires two keys for Login and Activate functions. If the selected key
is not followed by an unused key, you will receive the following warning.
Select another key to continue.
Select ID.
Enter the ACD group number.
Character entry is explained on page 18.
Press the
OK
key.
The default key labels are “ACD LOGIN” and “ACD ACTIVATE”. Select LBL1 or
LBL2 to change the labels.

After selecting a key, press the Left or Right Arrow key until UNUSED is shown in
the menu.
Select UNUSED.
Press the
OK
key to return to key selection. The key is converted to an Unused key.
