If the system status LED is on but the RPS status LED is off, an RPS input failure has occurred. Verify
the following items:

{

The switch is well connected to the external RPS power supply.

{

The external RPS is correctly operating.

NOTE:

If the problem persists, contact you H3C sales agent or service engineer for help.

Hot swappable power module failure

This section applies to the S5800-60C-PWR, S5800-54S and S5800-32F switches. You can look at the

PWR1 and PWR2 LEDs of the switch and the LEDs on the power module to identify a power module

failure.
The S5800-54S switch does not have the PWR1 or PWR2 LED. You can use the LEDs on the power
module to identify a power module failure.

For more information about the PWR1 and PWR2 LEDs on the front panel of the switch, see

Troubleshooting the PSR150-A series /PSR150-D series /PSR300-12A series/PSR300-12D
series/PSR750-A power module

The power module LEDs are steady green while the power supply system is correctly operating. If the

LEDs behave in any other way, verify the following items:

The power module is switched on. Skip this step if the power module has no switch.

The switch power cord is correctly connected.

The power source meets the requirement.

The operating temperature of the switch is in the normal range and the power module has good
ventilation.

NOTE:

If the problem persists, contact your local sales agent or service engineer.

Troubleshooting the LSVM1AC650/LSVM1DC650/LSVM1AC300/LSVM1DC300 power module

The LEDs on the power module are steady green (active) or blinking green (standby) while the power

supply system is correctly operating. If the LEDs behave in any other way, verify the following items:

The switch power cord is correctly connected.

The power source meets the requirement.

The operating temperature of the switch is in the normal range and the power module has good
ventilation.
