Taking into Service
Checking the Trailer Hitch (Optional), if required

Check the trailer hitch for proper condition and wor-
king. Carry out the check according to the instructions
in the section "Operating the Trailer Hitch".
Checking Tire Inflation Pressure
NOTE
Your tractor can be equipped with different
types of tires. The specified inflation pressure
for your tires is given in the table entitled
"Tires" in the technical data section.

Check the inflation pressure of all four tires. All tires must
have the same pressure. If the pressure is too low, the
rolling resistance increases. This causes an increase in
fuel consumption and tire wear, the driving characteristics
become poorer.
DANGER
If the inflation pressure is too high, the tires
can explode.

The tires should not be damaged or worn.

Have damaged tires replaced without delay. Due to the
longer braking distance the risk of an accident is in-
creased.
