Tracing switch
If you find yourself the target of malicious callers, it is possible to trace the call-
er ID from the central office.
This service can only be used if it has been activated for your connection. Fur-
ther information can be obtained from your network provider.
During or immediately after the call
You have received a malicious call from an anonymous caller. This function can
be initiated either during the call or immediately after the caller has hung up.
Do not hang up.
Press
for selection menus.
Select using [
]:
Identify caller
and press [OK].
The caller and his/her number are identified in the central office and recorded
together with the date and time at which the call was made. A printout can be
supplied by the network provider at a later point in time.
