Make sure A/C Adapter (PN
1C85000) is plugged into
back of IntelliLink Control
Center.

Modem Refill Fails
With IntelliLink
Control Center On
Or Off The Mailing
System.

Wrong Postage By
Phone telephone
number entered in set
up.

To enter correct telephone
number: Press Setup key.
Select Phone Setup. Select
Refill Phone Number. Enter
correct number: 1.800.590.4857

Refill amount exceeds
the funds in the
account.

Obtain a balance of your
account by pressing the
Funds key. Then select “Get
Postage By Phone Balance.”

Bad combination/setting
number

Verify numbers and re-enter. If
reset still fails after three
attempts, call Postage By
Phone and speak to operator
for verification at
1.800.243.7800.

IntelliLink Control Center
is not locked into place
properly.

Remove the IntelliLink
Control Center and
reposition it.

1. Slide release lever

forward to release
IntelliLink Control
Center.

2. Slide IntelliLink

Control Center
back into place until
you hear it click.

No power is going to
IntelliLink Control
Center.
