Moving Your
Mailing Machine
To a New ZIP
Code

If you move from one city to another, the meter, located in your IntelliLink
Control Center, stays with you and you can download the new meter
stamp with the ZIP Code from your new location. This eliminates the
need to order a replacement meter.

If you move your mailing system:

1.

Contact the Pitney Bowes Customer Care Center at

1.800.233.5280

to notify Pitney Bowes of your new location.

Pitney Bowes initiates a license application for your new address
and forwards it to the USPS.

2.

Allow 5 to 7 business days and then perform a $0.00 refill using
Postage By Phone. The new ZIP Code should now appear on your
meter stamp.

3.

If the ZIP Code continues to be the same after seven days, con-
tact Customer Care Center at
