Fan Replacement & Maintenance
Frequency: Annually
By: Qualifi ed Service Technician
Tools needed: Protective gloves, screwdriver.
• Remove door front and fi xed glass assembly; refer to
Sections 14.K. and 14.L.
• Remove logs.
• Bend right front log tab down.

• Remove two mounting screws from front burner.
• Slide burner to the left, lift left side up and out.

• Remove the two screws holding the dashboard in place,
remove dashboard to access gas line and valve wires.

• Remove eight screws holding valve plate in place.
• Lift the valve assembly up and out. Set aside.

• Shut off gas and unhook fl ex line from the valve.
• Unplug wires from the valve.
