Installing the Keyboard
Install the keyboard according to the following procedures and Figures 4-23, 4-24, and 4-25.
1. Connect the keyboard cable to CN7 on the system board.
2. Align the latches on the rear of the keyboard with the latch holes on the top cover.
3. Secure the keyboard with the two M2.5x3 black bind screws.
4. Place the touch pad in the correct position and fasten the following six latches, in that
order:
- Three bottom latches
- One latch on the left and right sides
- One middle latch
5. Turn the computer upside down and secure two M2.5x12 black bind screws.
