Trigger procedure

Alarm message sequence

Signalling on the phone

User interaction

Detection phase:

The phone detects an alarm
situation. The detection
duration starts to run (see

Pre-alarm phase:

The phone signals a
pre-alarm. Alarm delay starts
to run (see

Alarm cancellation

• Progressive signalling ring.

Rings for several seconds
and repeats itself. This ring-
ing cannot be switched off.

• Vibracall, if activated.
• LED indicator flashes fast

and red.

Pressing any key resets the
alarm. The alarm message is
not sent to the alarm system.

Alarm phase:

The phone sends the alarm
to the alarm system.

Depending on the configura-
tion of the alarm system an
alarm melody sounds. Rings
until the alarm system
acknowledges receipt of the
alarm message or the set
ringing duration (see

Alarm

confirmation time

) expires.

Pressing any key resets the
alarm.
