4. Install Data Switch Cables
Step Action

If NO circuit board was connected to P205, on
the old Millennium, then proceed to the next item
for connection.
If a circuit board was connected to P205, with
DB9 connectors
AND the Data Switch option is installed (circuit
pack connected to P205), connect them to Data
Switch Ports 1-3.
IF the Data Switch card has not yet been
installed, please see Data Switch installation
section in this manual.
5. Install Gateway (LAN) Cable
Step Action
a. On the controller (MCR1), locate P2 (Gateway
LAN). It is located at the bottom of the controller.
(see Figure 6-11)
b.
If NO Gateway card was installed in the
Millennium, then proceed to the next item for
connection.
If Gateway card was installed in the
Millennium:
1. Take the existing LAN cable and route it
through the top of the controller housing
2. Down the right side
3. Through the bottom of the housing
4. Under the display cable
5. Connect it P2 on the MCR1.
