Enable or disable DHCP snooping on specific VLAN.
CLI command: l2 dhcpsnoop enable <vlan id list>
CLI command: l2 dhcpsnoop disable <vlan id list>

Allows user to add or remove specific ports for DHCP snooping.
CLI command: l2 dhcpsnoop add <port list>
