Quick reference guide

Telephone Base

Press to play or stop playing messages.
Flashes when there are new answering system
messages.
Press to skip to the next message.

Press to repeat a message or press twice to
hear the previous message.
Press to delete a recorded message.

Answering system keys and NavKeys (in brackets)

When in idle mode, press the answering system keys to operate the answering system.
When in a menu, press the

UP, DOWN, LEFT or RIGHT NavKeys to navigate through the

menus, highlight items, and change settings.

INTERCOM

Press to locate
a handset or
to initiate an
intercom call
(page 68).

Softkeys (3)

Press to select a menu
item displayed just
above the key.

CANCEL

Press to cancel an operation and/or
return to a previous menu.
Press and hold to return to the idle
screen.

FLASH

During a

HOME line

call, press to receive
an incoming call if call
waiting is activated
(page 57).

HOME

Press to make or answer a

call using the speakerphone.
On steady
