Click Yes to get a success message.
Click OK. The message closes and the device resets.
3. To change back to DHCP, in the IP setup dialog (see Figure 3.85 on page 250 ), click
the DHCP radio button, then click Update.

After you see the Warning Message, click Yes
After you see the Success Message, click OK.
Note:
You can also click Reset.
Ethernet Connectivity Through a Different Subnet
If you have multiple subnets and would like to connect the Analyzer over a subnet where
the DHCP server is on a subnet different from the host machine or the analyzer or if the
host machine and the SierraFC M8‐4 System do not reside on the same subnet, they will
not see each other automatically. The SierraFC M8‐4 IP address must be added manually.
Perform the following steps:
1. Launch the application and click the Ethernet radio button.
2. Click OK.
3. Click on Add Device in the Select Device dialog (see
Figure 3.86 on page 251 ).
