Prntng Setup Data
1. From the File menu, choose Print.
The Print dialog box opens.
2. In the Print dialog box, select the printer, print range, and the number of copies,
and then click OK.

Prnt Prevew
From the File menu, choose Print Preview.
The print image is displayed.
Settng Up the Prnter
1. From the File menu, choose Print Setup.
The Print Setup dialog box opens.
2. Set the paper size, orientation, and other settings. Then, click OK.
