Storage Print

Storage Print allows you to store print jobs in the machine. You can configure the job type for each stored job,
as well as confirm the percentage of memory available, the number of print jobs stored, the total number of
jobs that can be stored, the remaining number of jobs that can be stored, and view the job list.

Click Administrator on the machine’s web page, and then click Storage Print.

Click an item below depending on your needs.
 Stored Job Type
Select Enable or Disable for each job type, explained below.
• Store as Public allows users to store jobs in a common folder.
• Store as Personal allows users to store jobs in personal folders.
• Store as Personal (Secure) allows users to store jobs in personal folders and assign a password
to them.
Click Submit to apply the settings.
 Stored Job List
View the information displayed about stored print jobs. To cancel jobs, select the appropriate check
box and click Delete.

IPsec

IPsec is an optional security feature of the IP protocol that provides authentication and encryption services.
This function uses IPsec to encrypt data carried over the network, such as print data sent from computers to
the printer.
